Bizflats was founded in 2006 on a straightforward conviction: business travellers deserve better than a hotel room.
Nearly two decades later, we manage a curated portfolio of over 30 apartments across Barcelona's most liveable neighbourhoods, each one chosen because it's somewhere we'd genuinely want to spend a month ourselves. We work with executives, corporate relocation teams, and long-stay guests who need a real home, not a serviced box. Every apartment in our collection is selected for its location, its design quality, and its readiness for the kind of life that comes with working somewhere new. Our approach has always been personal. We get to know what each guest actually needs, match them with the right home, and stay attentive throughout - because we care about the details, and because we know Barcelona well enough to know which details matter.

Jaume started Bizflats after years of business travel left him unconvinced by what hotels could offer. He understood what was missing, not amenities, but the feeling of actually being somewhere rather than passing through it. That's still the idea behind every home in the portfolio.
Mercedes Delgado
Design & Guest Experience
Mercedes is the eye behind every space in the portfolio. With a background spanning design, photography, and event production, she shapes both how our apartments look and how a guest's stay feels from arrival to departure. The details that make a place feel considered rather than assembled, that's her work.
