Terms & conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Bizflats website and the rental of apartments managed by Bizflats in Barcelona, Spain. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Bizflats. A booking is confirmed once we have received the agreed deposit and both parties have signed the rental agreement. Prices shown on the website are indicative and may vary depending on the season, duration of stay, and specific property.

3. Payment terms

A deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required to confirm a booking. The first month's rent is due before the move-in date. Subsequent payments are due on the first day of each calendar month. All payments must be made via bank transfer or the payment methods specified in your rental agreement.

4. Security deposit

A refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is collected before move-in. This deposit is returned within 14 days of departure, less any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear.

5. Cancellation policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled move-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before move-in will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before move-in are non-refundable.

6. Guest responsibilities

Guests are expected to treat the apartment and its contents with reasonable care, respect building rules and neighbours, and report any maintenance issues promptly. Subletting or sharing the apartment with persons not named in the agreement is not permitted.

7. Liability

Bizflats maintains the apartments to a high standard but is not liable for minor inconveniences, temporary service interruptions (internet, utilities), or circumstances beyond our control. We will always endeavour to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

8. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
