Before you arrive, we can prepare your home exactly the way you need it. A first-night essentials kit, a full grocery pre-stock, or a pantry starter for longer stays - whatever makes the first evening feel like you've already settled in. If you're travelling with children, we arrange cots, high chairs, and a family pack so nothing has to be sourced on arrival. And for the things that make a stay genuinely memorable, a private chef dinner, a wine and tapas tasting at home, an in-apartment massage, a celebration setup, we take care of those too. You tell us what you need, we make it happen before you walk through the door.

Fibre-optic internet up to 600 Mbps, a proper workspace, good lighting, and all the fundamentals are sorted before you arrive. If you need to print, ship, or access a meeting room or co-working space close to your apartment, we arrange that too. For guests who need specific equipment during their stay, we offer rentals so you're not travelling with gear or making do without it. Your Barcelona home should work as hard as you do, without you having to think about it.
From El Prat to your front door, and everywhere after.
Private airport transfers bring you directly from El Prat to your home, so your first day starts well regardless of what time your flight lands. For daily travel, we set you up with a T-Casual card covering metro, bus, and tram across the city. If you need more range, we have partnerships with local car rental agencies for coastal day trips or longer drives into the region. Barcelona is also one of the best cycling cities in Europe, and we can arrange a bike rental if that's how you'd rather move through it.
Time outside work matters, especially on a longer stay.
We put together personalized itineraries based on what you actually enjoy and how much free time you have, so you're not defaulting to the obvious tourist route every weekend. We handle skip-the-line access to the Sagrada Familia and Park Guell, restaurant reservations at places worth booking, food tours, cooking classes with local chefs, gym passes, yoga, sailing, padel, and tennis. And when you want a day out, Montserrat, the Costa Brava, Penedes wine country - we can point you in the right direction or book the whole thing.

We coordinate accommodation across homes in the same building or neighbourhood, so the group stays connected without anyone ending up on the other side of the city. Beyond the homes, we help with venue selection, catering, activity planning, and arrival logistics from start to finish. For companies with recurring travel to Barcelona, we offer corporate rates and a dedicated account manager who already knows your preferences by the second trip.
